Young orphan boy Philip Pirrip as known as Pip grows with his sister’s house, which is constantly beat and insulted her brother. A boy is fond of blacksmithing and the neighbor girl – Estella. Pip’s dream is to marry Estelle, however, the blacksmith craft is obviously not an advantage in the eyes of the arrogant neighbor. One day, boy met an escaped convict who changes whole boy’s life. And soon, thanks to an anonymous donation Pip is sent to London to grow a “brilliant gentleman.”
